摘  要:针对全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中势能驱动无碳小车各类运动轨迹的设计要求,提出利用三维建模及运动仿真软件的通用设计方法。小车转向采用凸轮机构,利用三维建模软件中高次封闭样条曲线功能绘制小车运动轨迹曲线,利用轨迹曲线上各微分点的坐标值及曲率半径值计算得到凸轮及小车其他关键结构参数,绘制小车简化三维模型并利用三维建模软件中运动仿真功能得到小车的行进轨迹,与设计轨迹一致,验证该设计方法具有可行性与准确性。该设计思想不仅可以用于各类无碳小车轨迹设计,也可用于移动机器人轨迹规划等领域。Aiming at the design requirements of various motion trajectories of potential energy driven carbon-free car in the National Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition for College Students,a general design method using 3D modeling and motion simulation software is proposed.The car steering adopts a cam mechanism.The high-order closed spline curve function in the 3D modeling software is used to draw the trajectory curve of the car.The coordinate value and radius of curvature of each differential point on the trajectory curve is used to calculate the cam and other key structural parameters.The 3D model is simplified and the motion simulation function in the 3D modeling software is used to obtain the traveling trajectory of the car,which is consistent with the design trajectory,verifying the feasibility and accuracy of the design method.This design idea can not only be used in the trajectory design of various carbon-free cars,but also in the fields of trajectory planning of mobile robots.
