摘  要:曲柄滑块机构和曲柄摇杆机构的传动角是机构传动的重要性能指标之一。当机构的传动角低于某一给定值时,则机构无法正常运动。研究了曲柄滑块机构和曲柄摇杆机构最小传动角等值线的简便绘制方法。详细推导了最小传动角等值线方程,绘制了曲柄滑块机构和曲柄摇杆机构摆角分别为30°、60°、90°的最小传动角等值线图。给出了最小传动角为40°的曲柄摇杆机构设计域图。列出了结构紧凑的曲柄摇杆机构尺寸表。为按给定参数及传动性能设计四杆机构提供了一条新的重要途径。The transmission angle of a crank slider mechanism and a crank rocker mechanism is one of the important performance indices of mechanism transmission.When the transmission angle of the mechanism is lower than a given value,the mechanism cannot move normally.By studying the minimum transmission angle of the mechanism,the limited range of the mechanism design domain can be given.In this paper,a simple method for drawing the isolines of the minimum transmission angle of the crank-slider mechanism and the crank-rocker mechanism is studied.The isoline maps of the minimum transmission angles of the crank slider mechanism and the crank rocker mechanism with swinging angles 30°,60°and 90°are drawn.The design domain diagram of the crank-rocker mechanism with the minimum transmission angle 40°is given.The size table of the crank-rocker mechanism with a compact structure is listed.The research provides a new and important way to design the four-bar mechanism according to the given parameters and transmission performance.
