摘 要:为了提高自动变速箱离合器冲击状态与滑动摩擦功之间存在冲突的特性,通过优化变异算子与交叉算子改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法调节车辆起步阶段离合器接合性能。结合车辆性能状态构建合理方案来实现冲突目标优化过程的平衡效果。研究结果表明:利用优化NSGA-Ⅱ算法获得Pareto前沿结果比其它算法更优,对实现离合器接合控制方面具有较大优势,利用控制离合器接合速度进行平稳调节的方式来降低冲击作用并减小滑动摩擦力。离合器接合速度呈现“快-慢-快”状态,主动盘开始带动从动盘滑动,车辆也受到驱动力作用发生移动,之后完全接合的阶段。利用优化NSGA-Ⅱ算法调节自动变速箱离合器接合过程时,对结合速度达到了更优控制效果,有效降低冲击波动程度,提升了车辆起步舒适度。In order to improve the conflict between the clutch impact state and sliding friction work of automatic transmission,the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is improved by optimizing the mutation operator and crossover operator to adjust the clutch engagement performance in the vehicle starting stage.Combining with the vehicle performance state,a reasonable scheme is constructed to achieve the balance effect in the optimization process of conflicting objectives.The results show that the optimized NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is better than other algorithms in obtaining Pareto frontier results,and has advantages in clutch engagement control.The impact effect and sliding friction can be reduced by controlling the clutch engagement speed smoothly.The clutch engagement speed presents a“fast-slow-fast”state,the active disk begins to drive the driven disk to slide,the vehicle is also moved by the driving force,and then the stage of complete engagement.When the optimized NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm is used to adjust the clutch engagement process of automatic transmission,the combination speed is better controlled,the impact fluctuation degree is effectively reduced,and the comfort level of vehicle starting is improved.
