摘 要:以第三代核电AP1000主泵的导轴承为研究对象,建立了考虑热弹变形的主泵导轴承性能计算模型,针对导轴承计算分析了设计参数间隙比和预负荷系数,工况参数进水压力、外载及热弹变形影响下的轴承性能,其中包括最小膜厚、温升、流量、功耗和刚度。研究表明:间隙比对轴承各性能参数均有较大的影响,其中对流量影响最大;相比间隙比,预负荷系数对轴承性能影响较小,特别是最小膜厚,仅降低了6%。外载相比进水压力对轴承性能有较明显的影响,其中温升变化最大;通过对比热弹变形与等温情况下对轴承性能的影响,热弹变形情况下轴承性能较差,其中轴承功耗变化最大,比等温下的功耗高出37.8%,而刚度则变化最小,仅小了13.8%;因此在轴承设计时应着重考虑间隙比和运行时的外载,而且在计算轴承功耗时须考虑热弹变形的影响。该研究可为后期核主泵导轴承的设计优化和试验提供理论参考。Taking the guide bearing of the third-generation AP1000nuclear power main pump as the research object,a performance calculation model of the main pump guide bearing considering thermal elastic deformation is established.The design parameters,such asthe clearance ratio and preload coefficient,working condition parameters of the water inlet pressure and external load,are calculated and analyzed for the guide bearing.Bearing performance under the influence of thermoelastic deformation,including minimum film thickness,temperature rise,flow rate,power dissipation and stiffness,are determined.The research shows that the clearance ratio has significant influence on the performance parameters of the bearing,especially on the flow rate;compared with the clearance ratio,the preload factor has less influence on the bearing performance,especially the minimum film thickness,which is only reduced by 6%.Compared with the water inlet pressure,the external load has greater impact on the bearing performance,especially on the temperature rise.By comparing the effects of thermoelastic deformation and isothermal conditions on bearing performance,the bearing performance under thermoelastic deformation is found to be poor.The bearing power consumption is 37.8%higher than that under isothermal conditions,while the stiffness is only 13.8%smaller.Therefore,the clearance ratio and the external load during operation should be considered in bearing design,and theinfluence of thermal elastic deformation must be considered when power consumption is calculated.This research can provide a theoretical reference for the design optimization and testing of the nuclear main pump guide bearings.
