摘 要:建立金刚石圆锯片锯切系统动力学模型,确定锯切工艺优化方案,改善锯切性能,在降低锯切力的基础上,最大限度地降低锯切振动响应。首先,采用田口(Taguchi)试验法设计三因素三水平锯切试验,计算大理石锯切过程中锯切力和锯片横向振动响应;其次,结合灰色关联分析(GRA)方法,以锯切力和锯片振动的信噪比作为性能指标,将多目标转化为单一目标进行优化设计;最后,利用灰色关联度确定了锯切参数对综合目标的影响规律,得到锯切工艺参数组合。结果表明,采用Taguchi-GRA优化设计方法,可以获得最优的工艺参数,即同时降低锯切力与锯片横向振动。The dynamics model of the diamond circular saw blade sawing system is established to determine the optimization scheme of the sawing process to improve sawing performance and maximize the reduction of sawing vibration response based on the reduction of sawing force.Firstly,a three-factor,three-level sawing test is designed using the Taguchi test method to measure the sawing force and saw blade transverse vibration response.Secondly,the GRA method is used to convert the multiple objectives into a single objective by using the S/N ratio of sawing force and saw blade vibration as the performance indices.Finally,the influence of the sawing parameters on the comprehensive objective is determined using gray correlation to obtain the combination of sawing process parameters.The results show that the Taguchi-GRA optimization method can effectively determine the optimal combination of sawing force and saw blade transverse vibration.
