摘　　要：指捏力受人体参数、姿势、职业背景等因素影响有差异,指捏力常分为指尖捏力、三指捏力和侧捏力,侧捏力值最大且常用,测量了768名成年男女(18岁~60岁)的优势手的指侧捏力约为10.1 kg/6.9 kg,利用一般线性模型单变量分析及多元线性回归综合分析了性别、年龄、体质指数(BMI)、抽样点及劳动强度的侧捏力差异,研究结果对手功能诊疗、康复训练及手动操纵力工效评估和改善有实际应用价值。Finger pinch forces are generally affected by body parameters,posture,professional background,and related factors.Finger pinch forces are often divided into fingertip pinch force,three-jaw chuck force,and lateral pinch force,with the value of the latter being the largest and most commonly used.The lateral pinch forces of the dominant hand of 768 adult male and female aged 18-60 are measured to be about 10.1 kg/6.9 kg,with the differences in gender,age,BMI status,sampling location,and labor intensity being analyzed by general linear modal univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The study results have practical applications in the diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation of hand function and the ergonomic evaluation of manual manipulation.
