摘　　要：检索了中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed、Web of Science从建库至今发表的相关文献资料并对符合要求的文献进行了汇总、提取和分析,总结了纳入文献的基本特征和质量评价结果,统计了临床试验中应用较多的止血敷料[QuikClot、QuikClot ACS+、QCG(QuikClot Combat Gauze)、Celox、HemCon、HCG(HemCon ChitoGauze)、mRDH(modified rapid deployable hemastat)和X-Stat],对比了各敷料的止血效果,并总结了各类敷料的不良反应,指出了理想的战现场止血敷料应具备的特点,为止血敷料的战现场实际应用提供了依据。The relevant literature published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed and Web of Science from the establishment of the database to the present were searched and those that met the requirements were collected,extracted and analyzed.The basic characteristics and quality evaluation results of the included literature were summarized.The frequently used hemostatic dressings in clinical trials(QuikClot,QuikClot ACS+,QCG(QuikClot Combat Gauze),Celox,HemCon,HCG(HemCon ChitoGauze),mRDH(modified rapid deployable hemastat)and X-Stat)were investigated on their hemostatic effects and adverse effects.The characteristics of an ideal battlefield hemostatic dressing were pointed out to provide references for the practical application of hemostatic dressings in the battlefield.
