摘  要:随着页岩油气勘探开发不断深入,出现越来越多的低温井。目前常用的破胶剂为过硫酸盐、过氧化氢等过氧化物,在50℃以上才能产生自由基使压裂液破胶,因此需要研究一种与过氧化物配套的激活剂,使过氧化物在低于50℃能够产生自由基使压裂液破胶。根据破胶剂的破胶机理,在室内研究一种低温破胶激活剂APS-1,配合过硫酸铵使用可在20℃条件下使聚合物压裂液及瓜胶压裂液破胶。此破胶激活剂作用于压裂液破胶初始2h粘度变化小,满足施工基本要求。其适用范围广,效果好,满足油田压裂施工要求。With the development of shale oil and gas exploration,there are more and more low-temperature wells.At present,the commonly-used gel breaker is persulfate,hydrogen peroxide and other peroxides.Only when the temperature is above 50℃ can free radicals be produced to break gel fluid.Therefore,it is necessary to study a kind of activator that is compatible with peroxides,so that peroxides can produce free radicals to break gel fluid when the temperature is below 50℃.According to the mechanism of gel breaker,APS-1,a low-temperature activator of gel breaker,was studied in the laboratory.When used with ammonium persulfate,the polymer fracturing fluid and guar fracturing fluid could be broken at 20℃.The initial 2h viscosity change of this activator in fracturing fluid was small,which fulfilled the basic requirements for jobs.It has wide applicability,good effect and meets the requirements for fracturing operations in oilfields.
