摘　　要：通过对八面河油田抽油杆失效井次增加的原因进行全面分析,提出减少抽油杆失效的措施及管理办法,由此有效降低油井的维护性作业井次及作业费用,提高油井免修期。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the causes for the increased sucker rod failures in Bamianhe oilfield,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and control methods to reduce sucker rod failures,so as to effectively reduce the maintenance jobs and operating costs of oil wells,and improve their maintenance-free period.
