摘 要:为实现铝电解节能降耗,某企业采用全石墨质阴极和高导电阴极钢棒磷生铁浇铸方式来降低炉底压降,降低电解槽内水平电流来提高电流效率,同时优化电解槽的内衬结构、电压平衡和能量平衡等方面来匹配全石墨质阴极电解槽低电压高效运行。在某企业300kA系列电解槽进行全石墨质阴极铝电解节能技术工业试验,结果表明全石墨质阴极铝电解节能技术试验槽阴极压降可稳定保持在200-220mV,较50%石墨质阴极电解槽低40-50mV。正常期全石墨质电解槽较50%石墨质电解槽平均电压降低69mV,电流效率提高1.29%,吨铝直流电耗降低521kWh/t-Al,能耗大幅降低。Phosphorus cast iron assembling of all graphite cathode and high conductive steel rod was adopted to reduce cathode voltage and reduce the horizontal current to increase current efficiency.Meanwhile,cell lining structure,the voltage balance and energy balance were optimized to match cell operating at low voltage with current efficiency.The industrial test was carried out in 300kA series,and the results showed that the cathode drop of cell with all graphite cathode electrolysis can be kept stable at 200-220mV,which was 40-50mV lower than that of cell with 50%graphite cathode.Compared tocells with 50%graphite cathode in normal period,the average voltage of cell with the all graphite cathode reduced by 71mV,the current efficiency increased by 0.72%,and the DC power consumption reduced by 520kWh/t-Al,the energy consumption greatly reduced.
