一种紫铜管精整退火一体化工艺和设备的探究

摘　　要：紫铜管加工面临下游企业的成本压力以及自身工艺变革的需求,传统的连铸连轧工艺目前已使用四五十年,具体工艺路线为水平连铸一铣面一轧制一联拉一盘拉一在线退火一内螺纹成型-精整复绕一成品退火一包装入库,本文通过研究优化工艺路线,将精整复绕和成品退火集成,提高生产效率,并降低生产成本。The processing of red copper pipe is facing the cost pressure of downstream enterprises and the demand for its own process reform.The traditional continuous casting and rolling process has been used for 40 or 50 years.The specific process route is horizontal continuous casting-milling-rolling-pulling-coiling-online annealing-internal thread forming-finishing and rewinding-finished product annealing-packaging and warehousing.This paper studies and optimizes the process route to integrate the finishing and rewinding with finished product annealing to improve production efficiency,And reduce production costs.
