摘 要:本文主要研究锌湿法冶炼过程锌电解液中Ge含量的测定。锌电解液预处理采用直接稀释,通过配制合适的Ge标准系列溶液,选用103Rh为内标校正干扰,74Ge为分析同位素,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法准确测定锌电解液中Ge含量。方法检出限Ge 0.002ug/L,精密度介于1.94%~2.26%之间,并结合加标回收实验和原子荧光光谱(AFS)法验证方法的准确度。实验表明,ICP-MS测定锌电解液中Ge准确度高、重现性好,对锌湿法冶炼的工艺调整有指导作用。This paper mainly studies the determination of Ge content in zinc electrolyte during zinc hydrometallurgical process.The zinc electrolyte was pretreated by direct dilution,and the Ge standard series solution was prepared.103Rh was used as the internal standard to correct the interference,and 74Ge was used as the analytical isotope.The content of Ge in zinc electrolyte was accurately determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The detection limit of Ge was 0.002ug/L,and the precision was between 1.94%-2.26%.The accuracy of the method was verified by the method of spiked recovery and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(AFS).The results show that the determination of Ge in zinc electrolyte by ICP-MS has high accuracy and good reproducibility,which can guide the process adjustment of zinc hydrometallurgy.
