摘  要:以4个槐树品种(‘华夏’,普通槐树,‘姹紫1号’,无性系589)为试材,采用温室盆栽的方式,在不同NaCl胁迫下(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)测定苗木的生长状况和生理生化变化,对4个槐树品种进行综合评价。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,槐树苗高增长量、地径增长量和生物量明显降低;抗氧化酶活性总体呈先上升后下降趋势;叶绿素含量显著下降;脯氨酸含量和相对电导率则明显上升,MDA含量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势;相关性和主成分分析发现地径增长量、脯氨酸和MDA对NaCl胁迫更为敏感;综合评价显示4个槐树品种的耐盐性由强较弱依次为:‘华夏’>无性系589>‘姹紫1号’>普通槐树,其中‘华夏’和无性系589耐盐性较强,可作为耐盐品种推广。Four Sophora japonica cultivars(’Hua Xia’,Common Sophora japonica,Chazi No.1’,clonal 589)were used as test material.The growth status and physiological and biochemical changes of seedlings under different NaCl stress(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)were determined by greenhouse pot cultivation.Four Sophora japonica varieties were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration,the height growth,ground diameter growth and biomass of Sophora japonica seedlings decreased significantly.The activity of antioxidant enzymes increased firstly and then decreased.Chlorophyll content decreased significantly.Proline content and relative conductivity increased obviously,MDA content increased first and then decreased.Correlation analysis and principal component analysis showed that ground diameter growth,proline and MDA were more sensitive to NaCl stress.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the salt tolerance of four Sophora japonica cultivars was from strong to weak in order of’Huaxia’>Clone 589>’Chazi No.1’>Common Sophora japonica,among which’Huaxia’and clone 589 had strong salt tolerance and could be promoted as salt tolerant varieties.
