摘 要:由于福州市早期的内河建设注重防洪排涝,以水利工程为主,较少考虑生态景观的融入,使得二者建设相互孤立。并且在进行生态景观建设时,过度的绿化威胁到驳岸的稳定性,福州市内河防洪排涝与生态景观建设协调发展问题明显。本文介绍福州市内河防洪排涝与生态景观建设现状,从二者的建设条件、建设策略、规划格局、建设措施等进行阐述。对协调发展状况从空间结构、系统功能、地域差异进行问题分析协调发展机制,并基于不同协调发展状况归纳出旧城区平原型内河、新城区平原型内河、山地型内河的分类。最后,基于福州市内河防洪排涝与生态景观建设协调发展的研究提出优化策略。从宏观规划、中观耦合与微观驳岸三个建设尺度提出优化策略,并且针对福州市的旧城区平原型内河、新城区平原型内河、山地型内河的问题与特性提出相应的优化措施。Because the early urban river construction in Fuzhou focused on flood control,mainly on water conservancy projects,and less on the integration of ecological landscape,the two constructions were isolated from each other.Moreover,during the construction of ecological landscape,excessive greening threatens the stability of revetment,and the coordinated development of flood control and ecological landscape construction in Fuzhou is obvious.This paper introduces the present situation of urban river of flood control and ecological landscape construction in Fuzhou,and expounds their construction conditions,construction strategies,planning patterns and construction measures.This paper analyzes the coordinated development mechanism from the spatial structure,system function and regional differences,and summarizes the classification of plain urban river in old city,plain urban river in new city and mountainous urban river based on different coordinated development situations.Finally,based on the research of coordinated development of urban river flood control and ecological landscape construction in Fuzhou,the optimization strategy is put forward from three construction scales:macro-planning,meso-coupling and micro-revetment,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures according to the problems and characteristics of plain urban river in old city,plain urban river in new city and mountainous urban river in Fuzhou.
