摘　　要：男性骨质疏松症是一直未被重视的常见疾病,其引发的脆性骨折等一系列并发症不仅严重威胁患者的生命质量,而且其所致全因病死率明显高于女性。然而,男性骨质疏松症常诊断迟滞,鉴别诊断困难,治疗药物匮乏,且男性患者对药物治疗的依从性差。因此,重视男性骨质疏松症的诊断与治疗,刻不容缓。Male osteoporosis is a common disease,but has been neglected for a long period.A series of complications of osteoporosis induced by frature seriously threaten the quality of life of men,and the all-cause mortality after bone fracture is significantly higher in men than that in women.However,the diagnosis of male osteoporosis are often delayed,with insufficient differential diagnosis,lack of therapeutic drugs,and poor compliance to treatment.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis in men.
