摘　　要：主要分析了40万Va离子膜烧碱项目第1期装置隔槽和并槽水封过程中存在的问题。根据并槽/隔槽水封的结构特征,给出对应的改造方案,取得了良好的应用效果。This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of water seal for isolating and merging electrolyzers in the first phase of the 400000 t/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project.According to the structural characteristics of the water seal,the corresponding transformation scheme is given,and good application results are achieved.
