片碱装置废气处理技术研究

摘　　要：片碱装置在蒸发浓缩过程中产生多股废气,包括真空尾气、除尘风机尾气、熔盐槽尾气和熔盐炉尾气。通过从源头治理,采用超低氮燃烧炉型和循环烟气燃烧技术,可实现达标排放。The flake alkali unit produces multiple exhaust gases during evaporation and concentration.These exhaust gases include vacuum exhaust gas,dust removal fan exhaust gas,molten salt tank exhaust gas and molten salt furnace exhaust gas.Ultra-low nitrogen combustion furnace and circulating flue gas combustion technology are used to treat exhaust gas at the source.As a result,the emission can be achieved.
