摘　　要：以某氯碱企业为例,立足实际,从优化组织提产降耗、提质增效、精准调控、回收复用等方面寻求各自增利点,并积极采取应对措施,最终实现企业质量效益提升目标。This paper takes a chlor-alkali enterprise as an example for analysis.Based on the actual situations,the following improvement aspects are proposed to seek respective profit increasing points:optimizing the organization to increase production and reduce consumption,improving quality and efficiency,precise regulation,recycling,etc.And response measures are actively taken to finally achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of the enterprise.
