基于数据挖掘的中药复方专利治疗偏头痛的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:分析中药复方专利治疗偏头痛的用药规律。方法:以中国专利公布公告网为数据来源,筛选治疗偏头痛相关的中药复方,运用古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)、IBMSPSS Modeler 18.0及SPSS Statistics 26.0软件分别进行频数分析、四气五味及归经统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、因子分析等挖掘探讨近25年治疗偏头痛的用药规律。结果:共纳入专利280项,包含中药602种,药物频次3651次,平均每首专利方中含有13.03味中药;得到高频药物32种,前3位的药物为川芎、白芷、天麻,功效以活血化瘀、解表散寒、息风止痉等为主,四气以温、平、微寒为主,五味以辛、甘、苦3味最多见,归经以肝、肺经居多。关联规则分析中,共获得41个,其中药对26个,三阶6个和四阶9个。聚类分析获取7个药组,因子分析共获得5个公因子。结论:专利复方治疗偏头痛以活血化瘀为主,同时辅于解表祛风、燥湿化痰、息风止痉。Objective:To analyze the medication rules of compound traditional Chinese medicines patents in treating migraine.Methods:The Chinese Patent Announcement Website was used as the data source to screen the compound prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines related to the treatment of migraine.The frequency analysis,four nature,five flavors,and meridian attribution statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis and so on were conducted respectively by the Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(V2.2.3),IBMSPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software to explore the medication rules of migraine treatment in recent 25 years.Results:A total of 280 patents were included,including 602 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the drug frequency was 3651 times.On average,each patent prescription contained 13.03 traditional Chinese medicines.Thirty-two kinds of high-frequency drugs were obtained,the top three of which were Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica dahurica,and gastrodia elata.The main functions were activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving the cold on the surface,calming wind and relieving spasmolysis,etc.The medication of four nature were mainly warm,calm,and slightly cold,while the five flavors were mainly pungent,sweet,and bitter,and the meridians of liver and lung were the most common.A total of 41 items were obtained by association rule analysis.Including 26 pairs of medicines,6 and 9 pairs of medicine of three and four groups respectively.Seven medicine groups were obtained by cluster analysis,and five common factors were obtained by factor analysis.Conclusion:The patent compound is mainly used to activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis in the treatment of migraine,and is also used to solve surface dispelling wind,drying dampness to eliminate phlegm,relaxing wind to stop spasm.
