摘　　要：目的:评价美国IL(instrumentation Laboratory Company)公司生产的ACL TOP 750 LAS全自动血凝分析仪的性能及蒋点。方法:以PT、TT、APTT、ATIII、FIB、DD、FDP为主要分析参数,从正确度、精密度、线性、携带污染率、准确度、参考区间、可报告范围(最大稀释度)及仪器间比对等方面对仪器进行性能评价。结果:ACLTOP 750 LAS全自动血凝分析仪的各参数均符合行业标准及厂家要求,并且本实验室内仪器比对结果符合CLIA88规定范围。结论:ACL TOP 750 LAS所测项目的结果准确可靠,可用于临床的诊断和治疗。Objective:To evaluate the performance and characteristics of ACL Top 750 LAS automatic hemagglutmatioii analyzer produced by IL(Instrumentation Laboratory Company).Methods:PT,TT,APTT,ATIII,FIB,DD and FDP were used as the main analysis parameters,the performance of the instrument is evaluated from the aspects of accuracy,precision,linearity,carrying pollution rate,accuracy,reference interval,reportable range(maximum dilution)and inter-instrument comparisort Results:The parameters of ACL TOP 750 LAS automatic blood coagulation analyzer were in accordance with the industry standard and the manufacturer's requirements,and the results of instrument comparison in this laboratory were in accordance with CLIA'88.Conclusion:The results of ACL TOP 750 LAS are accurate and reliable,and can be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
