摘  要:针对遥测系统中电量信号输出精度低、质量差等问题,该文在电量信号日益高精度、高可靠性的趋势下设计了更高精度的电量信号输出卡。该设计通过以FPGA为核心器件控制电路工作、16位高精度的数模转换器LTC2642实现了DA的高精度转换,输出的电压信号通过松下的光电耦合器AQW210EHAZ将输出信号进行自检,保证输出信号快速、无失真地传输。测试电量信号板卡得出,输出电压信号精度达到任务书要求的±0.16%,自检电压信号精度达到任务书要求的±0.14%,结果表明输出电压信号精度高、可靠性好。According to the problem of low accuracy and poor quality of electric signal output in telemetry system,a more accurate electric signal output card is designed under the trend of increasing precision,high precision and high reliability of electric signal. In this design,the high-precision conversion of DA is realized through the 16 bit high-precision digital to analog converter LTC2642 with FPGA as the core device control circuit. The output voltage signal is self checked by Panasonic optocoupler AQW210-EHAZ to ensure the fast and distortion free transmission of the output signal. The accuracy of output voltage signal reached ± 0.16% and the accuracy of self-test voltage signal reached ± 0.14% of the requirements of the task book. The results show that the output voltage signal has high accuracy and good reliability.
