摘  要:作为电能存储的重要设备,单体蓄电池之间往往存在一致性差异,在成组使用过程中会产生单体电池利用率低、寿命短、系统安全性低等一系列问题。针对这一问题,通过设计两级双向DCDC变换器电池管理单元控制电池充放电过程,消除一致性差异。采用SN74LVC2T45电平转换芯片、HCPL-J312型驱动光电耦合器和B1205S电源模块搭建驱动电路,结合CLLC变换器谐振腔工作原理设计实验电路参数。实验结果表明,该电路在正反向运行都能满足实际工程参数要求,并且实现了整流侧和逆变侧开关管的软开关。As necessary equipment of electric energy storage,there are consistency differences between the single battery,which will produce a series of problems of group use,such as low utilization rate,short life,low system safety. In response to this problem,a two-stage bidirectional DC-DC converter battery management unit is designed to control the charging and discharging process of the battery to eliminate the consistency difference. SN74LVC2T45 level conversion chip,HCPL-J312 drive photocoupler,and B1205S power supply module build the drive circuit. The experimental circuit parameters are designed in combination with the working principle of the CLLC converter resonant cavity. The experimental results show the forward and reverse operation of the circuit under different input voltages.Load conditions can meet the requirements of actual engineering parameters and realize the soft switching of rectifier side and inverter side switches.
