摘  要:基于准确检测装甲车辆蓄电池荷电状态,确保极端状态下装甲车辆战技性能良好的目的,采用ATMEGA8单片机设计了一套装甲车辆蓄电池状态检测系统。通过对蓄电池端电压、内阻等参数的精确测量及外围电路设计,实现对装甲车辆蓄电池荷电状态的准确检测。以6-QM-40型装甲车辆铅酸蓄电池为测试对象,经实验验证分析,该检测系统对蓄电池荷电状态的检测值与实际值相差不大,最大误差为2.19%,满足装甲车辆蓄电池在作战状态下使用的误差范围要求,该检测系统对装甲车辆蓄电池状态检测具有较好的效果。Based on the purpose of accurately detecting the state of charge of the armored vehicle’s battery and ensuring good combat performance of the armored vehicle,using ATMEGA8 microcontroller to design a set of vehicle battery status detection system. Through accurate measurement of battery terminal voltage,internal resistance and other parameters and peripheral circuit design,accurate detection of the state of charge of the armored vehicle battery can be achieved. Taking the 6-QM-40 armored vehicle leadacid battery as the test object,after experimental verification and analysis,the detection value of the battery state of charge of the detection system is not much different from the actual value,and its maximum error is 2.19%. It meets the requirements of the use error range of the armored vehicle battery in the combat state,and the detection system has a good effect on the state of the armored vehicle battery.
