摘 要:为解决配电网环境中电能计量装置异常数据辨识速度较慢的问题,满足用户对于用电设备电力负荷状态的实际辨识要求,提出基于SVD的电能计量装置异常数据快速辨识方法。根据电量负荷事件检测结果确定符合异常特征量的具体数值,完成基于SVD的电量数据修正处理。在此基础上,建立SVD辨识框架,借助已知条件,求取计量装置的异常特征值,完成辨识准确度指标的计算,实现电能计量装置异常数据的快速辨识。实验结果表明,该方法能够较好地适应配电网环境,并可快速辨识电能计量装置中的异常数据,满足了用户对于用电设备电力负荷状态的辨识要求。In order to solve the problem of slow identification speed of abnormal data of electric energy metering device in distribution network environment and meet the actual identification requirements of users for power load state of electric equipment,a fast identification method of abnormal data of electric energy metering device based on SVD is proposed. According to the detection results of electric load events,the specific values conforming to the abnormal characteristic quantities are determined,and the electric quantity data correction processing based on SVD is completed. On this basis,the SVD identification framework is established. With the help of known conditions,the abnormal eigenvalues of the metering device are obtained,the identification accuracy index is calculated,and the rapid identification of abnormal data of electric energy metering device is realized. The experimental results show that this method can better adapt to the distribution network environment,and can quickly identify the abnormal data in the electric energy metering device,which meets the identification requirements of users for the power load state of electric equipment.
