摘 要:以用于地下工程变形缝的膏状嵌缝材料为研究对象,根据其性能特点自主研发了用于测试其正常止水状态下可承受极限水压的试验模型及检测方法。通过现场试验与数据采集,得出该膏状嵌缝材料在正常止水状态下可承受的极限水压值为0.4 MPa。本试验获得的膏状嵌缝材料极限水压值主要作为后续极限拉伸试验、极限沉降试验的初始水压值,试验结果可为确定变形缝用膏状止水材料的构造设计方案提供依据。Taking the paste caulking material used for deformation joints of underground construction as the research object, a test model and a test method for testing its ultimate water pressure under normal water stop state are independently developed according to its performance characteristics. Through field test and data collection, it is concluded that the ultimate water pressure that the paste joint material can withstand under normal water stop state is 0.4 MPa. The limit water pressure value of the paste sealing material obtained in this test is mainly used as the initial water pressure value of the subsequent ultimate tensile test and ultimate settlement test. The test results can provide a basis for determining the structural design scheme of the paste sealing material for deformation joints.
