子午流注低频治疗联合耳穴压豆治疗无痛人工流产术后患者腹痛及出血的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注低频治疗联合耳穴压豆治疗无痛人工流产术后患者腹痛及阴道流血的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2021年3月在佛山市妇幼保健院实施无痛人流术后患者150例,随机分为对照组、实验1组、实验2组,每组各50例。对照组接受无痛人流术后常规护理,实验1组在无痛人流术后常规护理的基础上接受子午流注低频治疗,实验2组在无痛人流术后常规护理的基础上接受子午流注低频治疗联合耳穴压豆。患者手术后1小时、1天、3天采用腹部VAS评分评估患者的腹痛情况,并记录其术后阴道流血量及持续时间。结果经过前述治疗,对照组、实验1组、实验2组的术后1小时腹部VAS评分分别为(3.02±1.30)分、(1.86±0.77)分和(1.47±0.98)分,对照组、实验1组、实验2组的术后1天的腹部VAS评分分别为(0.82±0.70)分、(0.53±0.65)分和(0.49±0.65)分,对照组、实验1组、实验2组的术后3天的腹部VAS评分分别为(0.49±0.89)分、(0.14±0.41)分和(0.12±0.33)分,术后阴道流血量多于平时月经量率分别为22.4%,14.3%和8.2%,三组之间比较差异均具有统计学意义,术后阴道流血持续时间分别为(7.08±2.94)d,(4.65±2.44)d和(4.59±2.52)d,三组之间比较差异有统计学意义。其中,实验2组在三个时间段的腹部VAS评分、阴道流血量及持续时间均低于其他两组。结论子午流注低频治疗联合耳穴压豆法能明显改善无痛人工流产术后患者腹痛程度及阴道流血情况,有助于促进术后恢复。Objective to investigate the effect of low-frequency therapy of midnight-noon ebbflow combined with auricular acupoint point seed-pressing therapy on improving abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding after painless induced abortion.Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into Control Group,Experimental Group 1 and Experimental Group 2(50 cases in each group)after painless induced abortion(PIA)in the Department of Gynecology,Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January to March in 2021.The Control Group received routine nursing care after PIA.the experimental group 1 received low-frequency therapy of midnight-noon ebb-flow therapy on the basis of routine nursing care,and for Experiment Group 2,on the basis of routine nursing after PIA,the patients received low-frequency midnight-noon ebb-flow therapy combined with auricular acupoint point seed-pressing therapy.The abdominal pain was evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS)score on1 hour,1 day and 3 days after operation,and the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding were recorded.Results The abdominal VAS scores for 1h after operation of Control Group,Experimental Group 1 and Experimental Group 2 were(3.02±1.30),(1.86±0.77)and(1.47±0.98),respectively.The VAS scores for 1day after operation of Control Group,Experimental Group 1 and Experimental Group 2 were(0.82±0.70),(0.53±0.65)and(0.49±0.65),respectively.The VAS scores for 3 days after operation of Control Group,Experimental Group 1 and Experimental Group 2 were(0.49±0.89),(0.14±0.41)and(0.12±0.33),respectively.The postoperative vaginal bleeding rate was 22.4%,14.3%and 8.2%,respectively,the duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding was(7.08±2.94)days,(4.65±2.44)days and(4.59±2.52)days,respectively,and there were statistical differences among the VAS scores,vaginal bleeding volume and duration of the three groups at three time intervals.The VAS scores,vaginal bleeding volume and duration of Experimental Group 2were lower than the other two groups.Conclusions Effect of low-frequency treatment of mid
