热球子宫内膜去除术治疗220例异常子宫出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨热球子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血的效果。方法 选择2017年7月至2021年1月间就诊于四川省南充市中心医院,采用TB型子宫内膜仪行热球子宫内膜去除术治疗的220例异常子宫出血患者,术后电话随访其不良反应及月经情况,分析热球子宫内膜切除术治疗异常子宫出血的疗效及安全性。结果 热球子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血有效率达95.9%,闭经率达68.6%,术后切除子宫者10人(4.5%),术后常见不良反应为阴道流液(82.7%)和腹痛(56.4%),剧烈腹痛不能忍受者4人(1.8%),术中术后均无严重并发症发生。结论 热球子宫内膜去除术治疗异常子宫出血具有良好的疗效,较少发生严重不良反应及并发症,是一种有效、安全、可行的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the effect of thermal balloon endometrial ablation in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB). Methods 220 patients with AUB who had received TB-type thermal balloon endometrial ablation from July 2017 to January 2021 in Nanchong Central Hospital were selected and followed up by telephone postsurgery for adverse effects and menstruation to analyze the efficacy and safety of thermal balloon endometrial ablation. Results The efficiency of thermal balloon endometrial ablation for AUB was 95.9% and the amenorrhea rate was 68.6%. 10 patients(4.5%)had hysterectomy after surgery,and the common postoperative adverse reactions were vaginal fluid(82.7%)and abdominal pain(56.4%), and 4 patients(1.8%)had severe abdominal pain that could not be tolerated,and there was no serious complications occurred during or after surgery. Conclusions Thermal balloon endometrial ablationhas good curative efficacy in the treatment of AUB,with less serious adverse reactions and complications,which is an effective,safe and feasible treatment.
