银杏叶制剂联合地塞米松治疗老年突聋的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶制剂联合地塞米松在老年突聋治疗中对血清炎症指标的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将医院2019年7月至2021年7月收治的102例老年突聋患者分为对照组与治疗组,各51例。对照组给予地塞米松治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶制剂治疗。观察两组治疗前后纯音听阈、血管内皮功能指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、一氧化氮(NO)]、血清炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组的82.35%(P<0.05);治疗后两组各频率点阈值均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SOD、NO水平均高于治疗前,LPO水平低于治疗前,且治疗组SOD、NO水平高于对照组,LPO水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为5.88%,与对照组的9.80%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:银杏叶制剂联合地塞米松治疗老年突聋患者疗效理想,能恢复各频率点听力,安全可靠,改善患者血管内皮功能和炎症因子水平。Objective:To explore the effect of ginkgo biloba preparation combined with dexamethasone on serum inflammatory indexes in the treatment of senile sudden deafness.Methods:By the random number table,102 cases with senile sudden deafness admitted to hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone,and the treatment group was additionally treated with ginkgo biloba preparation.The pure tone hearing threshold and vascular endothelial function indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),lipid peroxide(LPO),nitric oxide(NO)],serum inflammatory indexes[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)]before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and efficacy and side reactions were analyzed.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.08%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.35%,P<0.05).The thresholds of each frequency point in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and NO in the two groups were increased after treatment,and the level of LPO was decreased,the levels of SOD and NO in the treatment group were higher than the control group,and the level of LPO was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group were lower the control group(P<0.05).The rate of side reactions was 5.88%in the treatment group and 9.80%in the control group without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba preparation combined with dexamethasone has ideal curative effect in the treatment of senile sudden deafness,can restore hearing at various frequency points,which is safe and reliable.It can improve the vascular endothelial function and the level of inflammatory factors.
