摘　　要：黄文政教授认为泌尿系感染病机以肾虚为本,膀胱湿热为标,临床辨证分为湿热下注、三焦气化不利,气阴不足、下焦湿热,肾阴不足、阴虚火旺等型,分别以柴苓汤、清心莲子饮、知柏地黄丸为主辨治。Professor Huang Wenzheng believes that urinary system infection is rooted in kidney deficiency and is manifested by dampness-heat of bladder,whose clinical syndromes can be differentiated into the syndrome of dampness-heat in lower jiao,the syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward and the syndrome of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.The three syndromes should be mainly treated with Chailing Decoction,Qingxin Lianzi Yin and Zhibai Dihuang Pills,respectively.
