摘　　要：吕文良认为,肝癌患者久病体虚,邪正浑处其间,其邪毒深伏者,非虫蚁药弗能攻伐之;其体虚不养者,非血肉品弗能补益之;其风动神扰者,非搜风者弗能息止之。故擅用虫类中药以斟酌损益,补虚化瘀,抚神祛风。本文整理吕文良临证治疗肝癌常用虫类中药16种,并按其主使功效分为补虚固摄、攻毒散结和平肝息风三大类,总结代表性虫类中药的临证使用经验,飨享同道。Professor Lv Wenliang believes that patients with liver cancer tend to get weakened after a prolonged illness,with pathogenic qi and vital qi being intermingled together.Therefore,for those with latent pathogenic toxins,only insect and ant drugs can dispel them.For those with a weak body,only animal medicines can tonify them.For those with wind disturbing the mind,only expelling wind medicines can halt the wind.He is good at using insect drugs to weigh the loss and gain,remedy deficiency and resolve blood stasis,calm the mind and dispel endogenous wind.This paper collects and sorts out 16 kinds of insect drugs commonly used in the clinical treatment of liver cancer by Lv Wenliang,and divides them into three categories according to their main efficacy,namely tonifying deficiency and astringing,attacking toxins and resolving hard masses,and suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind,so as to summarize his clinical experience of using the representative insect drugs and share them with fellow practitioners.
