三仁汤加减治疗湿热体质慢性疲劳综合征

摘　　要：目的观察三仁汤加减对湿热体质慢性疲劳综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取100例湿热体质慢性疲劳综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。治疗组给予三仁汤加减治疗,对照组给予四妙丸治疗,2组均给予湿热体质的常规中医体质调理方案,共观察12周。治疗结束后结合湿热体质转化分、躯体和心理健康报告表(SPHERE量表)及血清自由基指标进行疗效评价。结果治疗结束后,治疗组在湿热体质转化分、躯体和心理健康报告表分值与对照组比较均有改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗后自由基代谢指标SOD、GSH-Px及CAT均有提高(P<0.01);脂质过氧化指标MDA和LPO的含量均降低(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组自由基代谢指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论三仁汤加减对于湿热体质慢性疲劳综合征患者临床疗效优于四妙丸,可明显改善患者湿热质体征,降低SPHERE量表积分,纠正自由基代谢紊乱,提高机体抗氧化能力,改善躯体和心理疲劳状态。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Sanren Decoction in the treatment of the chronic fatigue syndrome with a damp-heat constitution.Methods A total of 100 patients with the chronic fatigue syndrome of a damp-heat constitution were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Sanren Decoction while the control group was treated with Simiao Pills.Besides,the two groups were both given the conventional TCM conditioning program for the dampheat constitution for 12 weeks.After treatment,their therapeutic effects were evaluated by examining the damp-heat constitution conversion scores,scores of the somatic and psychological health report(SPHERE)and serum free radical indexes in the two groups.Results After treatment,the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved in the damp-heat constitution conversion scores and the SPHERE scores compared with the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the free radical metabolism indexes SOD,GSH-Px and CAT in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.01),while the contents of the lipid peroxidation indexes MDA and LPO were decreased(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvement of free radical metabolism indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Sanren Decoction is better than that of Simiao Pills in the treatment of a chronic fatigue syndrome with the damp-heat constitution,which can obviously improve the physical signs of the damp-heat constitution,reduce the SPHERE scores,correct the metabolic disorder of free radicals,improve the antioxidant capacity of the body,and improve the physical and psychological fatigue.
