从《叶天士医学全书》探析叶天士治疗带下病用药特色

摘　　要：目的探讨叶天士治疗带下病的处方用药特色。方法对《叶天士医学全书》中的带下病病例进行统计,采用频数统计以及数据挖掘方法,分析用药规律。结果本研究共纳入45张处方,药物82味,高频药物包括当归、茯苓、人参、枸杞子、沙苑子等21味。药性最高频为温性,药味最高频为甘味,归经最高频为肾经,使用最多为补虚药。聚类分析得到4组多味药物聚合组。关联规则及复杂网络分析得出以枸杞子-沙苑子为核心药物组合。结论叶天士治疗带下病以甘温补虚为主、选药以温通柔润为要,辅以宁心安神、温固奇经。Objective To explore the characteristics of Ye Tianshi’s prescriptions in the treatment of leucorrhea disease.Methods The cases of leucorrhea disease in Ye Tianshi’s Complete Medical Book were counted,and the medication laws were analyzed by frequency statistics and data mining.Results A total of 45 prescriptions and 82kinds of herbs were included in this study.The most commonly used 21 herbs were Chinese angelica,Indian bread,ginseng,barbary wolfberry fruit,flatstem milkvetch seed,et al.Herbs entering kidney channels and tonic herbs were most frequently used.Cluster analysis showed that there were 4 groups of high-frequency drug combinations.The association rules and complex network analysis showed that the core drug combination was barbary wolfberry fruit and flatstem milkvetch seed.CCoonncclluussiioonn Ye Tianshi’s treatment of leucorrhea disease mainly focuses on tonifying deficiency with sweet and warm herbs by choosing drugs that can act to warm,dredge,soften and moisten,supplemented by those that can calm the heart and tranquilize the mind,warm and reinforce the extra channels.
