摘　　要：通过收集《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中含细辛方剂共16首及历代医家用药经验总结用药剂量,探索证治规律、配伍药物,为临床安全用药提供依据。细辛汤剂用药范围3~120 g,散剂1~3 g。通络、软坚化瘀40~60 g;散寒化饮、寒凝瘀阻6~60 g;虚实寒瘀偏头痛、牙痛、三叉神经等头面部疼痛3~12 g;风湿寒凝痹症9~15 g;温散厥阴血分之寒痼疾60~120 g;寒凝气滞,腑气不通6~9 g;心肾阳虚、温通泄浊30~60 g。入药以延边辽细辛根为佳,最佳采收期为9月,炮制辅料以酒、米泔水为佳,煎煮30 min可保留有效成分,降低毒性成分。By analyzing the medication experience of manchurian wildginger form the 16 prescriptions in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber and of the physicians in the past dynasties,the paper tends to explore and summarize the regularities with respect to its dosage,syndrome differentiation and treatment,compatibility of drugs,in a bid to provide a basis for its clinical application.The dosage range of manchurian wildginger in decoction is 3-120g,while in powders 1-3g.For dredging collaterals,softening hard masses and resolving blood stasis,its dosage range is 40-60g.For dispelling cold and resolving fluid retention,cold coagulation and stagnant blood stasis,its dosage range is 6-60g.For deficient excess and cold blood stasis in the treatment of migraine,toothache,trigeminal nerve and other pains,its dosage range is 3-12g.For wind-damp and cold-coagulation in arthralgia,its dosage range is 9-15g.For warmly dispersing chronic cold in the treatment of Jueyin disease at the blood tier,its dosage range is 60-120g.For cold coagulation and qi stagnation,and viscera qi retention,its dosage range is 6-9g.For yang deficiency of the heart and kidney,warmly purging turbidity,its dosage range is 30-60 g.Yanbian Liao wildginger root is preferred as medicine,and its best harvest time is September.Wine and rice swill are the best processing accessories.The effective components can be retained while the toxic components can be reduced by being decocted for 30 minutes.
