玉米秸秆预水解液中半纤维素的酯化改性及其生物活性研究

摘  要:采用酸除木素后醇沉的方法从玉米秸秆预水解液提取半纤维素,以半纤维素和对羟基苯甲酸为反应物,在均相介质N,N-二甲基乙酰胺/氯化锂体系中进行酯化反应得到对羟基苯甲酸半纤维素酯,再对半纤维素和对羟基苯甲酸半纤维素酯进行表征和生物活性探究。结果表明:从玉米秸秆预水解液中提取的半纤维素的单糖组分主要为葡萄糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖,且木糖含量最高。对羟基苯甲酸半纤维素酯的氧化性、吸湿性和保湿性均优于未处理的半纤维素。In this paper, hemicellulose was extracted from corn stover prehydrolysate by the method of acid delignification and alcohol precipitation. Using hemicellulose and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants,esterification was carried out in a homogeneous medium N,N-dimethylacetamide/lithium chloride system to obtain hemicellulose p-hydroxybenzoate. Then the characterization and biological activity of hemicellulose and hemicellulose p-hydroxybenzoate were investigated. The results showed that the monosaccharide components of hemicellulose extracted from corn stoverprehydrolysate were mainly glucose, xylose and arabinose, and the content of xylose was the highest. The antioxidant, hygroscopic and moisturizing properties of hemicellulose phydroxybenzoate were better than those of untreated hemicellulose.
