壳聚糖表面施胶剂在印刷书写纸生产中的应用

摘　　要：为了改善成纸表面强度,解决纸张印刷掉毛、掉粉问题,在印刷书写纸生产中应用了新型的水溶性壳聚糖表面施胶剂。结果表明:在成纸灰分不变的前提下,应用壳聚糖表面施胶剂提高了产品印刷适应性,正面和反面的表面强度分别提高0.15 m/s和0.10 m/s,每吨纸的烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)中性施胶剂用量减少了2.2 kg,不仅有效解决了纸张的印刷问题,而且可降低化学品消耗,满足了企业可持续发展的需要,为企业带来明显的经济及环保效益。In order to improve the surface strength of cultural paper and reduce the lint and dust of paper in printing, a new water-soluble chitosan surface sizing agent was applied. The results showed that the printing adaptability of the product improved on the premise of the ash content remaining unchanged, the surface strength increased by 0.15 m/s and 0.10 m/s for the front and back of paper respectively, and the dosage of neutral sizing agent alkyl ketene dimer(AKD) per ton of paper decreased by 2.2 kg, which not only effectively solves the printing problem of the paper, but also reduces the chemical consumption. It can meet the needs of sustainable development of enterprises and bring obvious economic and environmental benefits to enterprises.
