摘 要:结合目前国内冶金行业发展现状及环境污染问题,揭示了含氟化氢(HF)和氯化氢(HCl)废气治理与资源化利用的重要性和必要性。介绍了工业含氟、氯废气的主要来源及危害,分析了目前含氟和含氯废气单独处理的各种方法的原理及优缺点。湿法工艺因其高效、直接、操作简单的优点而广泛应用于冶炼烟气领域。然而,湿法吸收这两种气体也存在二次污染和水资源的浪费等问题。提出利用干法吸附协同净化这两种气体更经济、更环保、更高效的新思路。The importance and necessary of treatment and resource utilization of waste gas containing hydrogen fluoride(HF)and hydrogen chloride(HCl)were revealed by combining the current development status of domestic metallurgical industry and environmental pollution problems.The main sources as well as hazards of industrial fluorine and chlorine containing waste gases were introduced, and the principles as well as advantages and disadvantages of various current methods for separate treatment of fluorine and chlorine containing waste gases were analyzed.The wet process is widely used in the field of smelting flue gas because of its high efficiency, directness and simple operation.However, wet adsorption of these two gases also has problems such as secondary pollution and waste of water resources.A new idea is provided to synergistically purify these two gases which proposed to be more economical, environmentally friendly and efficient method by dry adsorption.
