摘  要:针对在役法兰螺栓力难以精确可靠监测的问题,采用有限元法分析了表面式和埋入式2种胶封装结构的应变传递率,制备了带2种胶封装光纤光栅(FBG)应变传感器的螺栓,通过室温单轴拉伸试验标定了传感器螺栓力响应特性,并应用于阀门中法兰螺栓力监测。胶封装工艺不改变FBG反射谱形状,应变传递率达100%,室温下传感器螺栓力响应具有良好线性、重复性和稳定性,实现了中法兰在安装及压力试验工况下的螺栓力监测。研究表明,胶封装FBG应变传感器为法兰螺栓力在线监测提供了一种有效手段。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately and reliably monitor the bolt load of flange in service, finite element method was used to analyze the strain transfer rate of surface-bonded and embedded packaging using adhesive, two types of adhesive-packaged fiber Bragg grating(FBG) strain sensors were developed.The response of the FBG strain sensors to bolt load was calibrated by uniaxial tensile testing at room temperature.And these sensors were applied to monitoring the bolt load in a flange joint that connected the bonnet and the body of a valve.The packaging process did not change the shape of FBG reflection spectrum, and the strain transfer rate reached 100%.The response of the FBG sensors to the bolt load showed good linearity, repeatability and stability.The bolt load monitoring in the flange joint connecting the bonnet and the body of the valve during installation and pressure testing at room temperature was obtained.These results demonstrate that adhesive-packaged FBG sensors provide an effective way for on-line monitoring of the bolt load in the flange joints.
