摘　　要：基于物流工程与管理专业的教育现状,结合社会对高级物流人才提出的要求,分析该专业人才培养模式存在的若干问题,并从人才培养方案、专业教学体系、师资队伍建设、实践教学模式、教学评价体系等方面,制定一系列切实可行的改革思路,从而促进物流工程与管理领域物流人才的培养,推动社会经济的发展。Based on the current educational situation of logistics engineering and management major,and the requirements put forward by the society for senior logistics talents,this article analyzes several problems in the talent training mode of this major,and formulates some practical reform thinking in terms of talent training scheme,professional teaching system,teaching staff construction,practical teaching mode,teaching evaluation system,and etc.,so to promote the logistics talents cultivation in the field of logistics engineering and management,as well as the development of social economy.
