摘　　要：劳动教育是加强大学生思想政治教育工作的重要途径,是推进“三全育人”综合改革落地的有效载体。“三全育人”理念作为大学生劳动教育工作问题的观测视域,系统折射出劳动教育工作还存在全员育人不足、过程全域性把握不够、系统实施全方位性兼顾不足等问题。创新“三全育人”视域下新时代大学生劳动教育模式,需要构建多元主体协作的组织体系、全过程监控的实施体系,全方位融合的路径体系。Labor education is an important way to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students,and an effective carrier to promote the comprehensive reform of "three comprehensive cultivation". As the observation scope of labor education for college students under the concept of "three comprehensive cultivation",it systematically reflects that there are still problems such as insufficient education for the whole staff, insufficient grasp of the whole process and insufficient balance of all-around system implementation. To innovate the labor education mode of college students in the new era under the perspective of "three comprehensive cultivation",it is necessary to build an organizational system of collaboration in multiple bodies,an implementation system of monitoring the whole process and a path system of all-round integration.
