摘　　要：汽车零部件供应商进入OEM主机厂或Tier1汽车厂商供应链采购系统前,需要进行潜在供应商审核,确保满足客户的质量管理要求。其中,过程审核是衡量汽车零部件供应商技术能力的重要方法,可以准确客观地评价供应商的质量保证能力。本文结合德国汽车工业联合会VDA6.3过程审核的理论方法以及相关国际项目经验,系统研究项目实施过程中质量审核的标准要求、应用范围、审核要素、风险识别模型、审核流程、审核评价算法等各个过程,为推动汽车零部件供应商通过客户潜在评审以及提高内部项目管理、产品设计开发与制造过程能力具有一定的指导意义。Before entering the supply chain procurement system of OEMs or Tier1 automobile manufacturers,suppliers need to review potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the quality management requirements of customers. Among them, process audit is an important method to measure the technical ability of auto parts suppliers, which can accurately and objectively evaluate the quality assurance ability of suppliers. This paper combines vda6.3 theoretical methods of process audit, as well as relevant international project experience,systematically studied the standard requirements,application scope, audit elements, risk identification model, audit process,audit evaluation method and other processes of quality audit in the process of project implementation. It has certain guiding significance to promote suppliers to pass customer potential review and improve the ability of internal project management,product design and development and manufacturing process.
