中国式现代国家建构视阈下云南“民族团结誓词碑”精神分析

摘　　要：云南“民族团结誓词碑”,为观照中国式现代国家建构及其特色运用提供了一个典型案例。“誓词碑”精神,实质上就是“一心向党、爱国奉献、团结到底、命运与共”的精神,其精神之“魂”就在于“命运共同体”的精神。“誓词碑”精神的形成,同时贯穿了“情感塑魂”与“盟誓铸魂”双重逻辑。其中,“情感塑魂”是观礼代表的命运共同体意识得以建构的关键;“盟誓铸魂”则通过传统盟誓习俗的创新性发展与创造性利用,由此推动了自上而下建构起来的命运共同体意识向云南各民族的“信仰”升华。正是在“自上而下”的认同建构与“自下而上”的认同表达共同推动下,特别是情感型治理与中华优秀传统文化的创造性利用下,“誓词碑”精神对于促进命运共同体建设、支撑现代国家建构具有历史性的意义。从中鲜活展现了基于自身国情与传统推进现代国家建构的中国特色与中国智慧。“The stone tablet inscribed with the vow on the national unity”in Yunnan provides a typical case for observing China’s modern state building with Chinese characteristics.The essence of“the stone tablet inscribed with the vow on the national unity”reveals the spirit of“always following the Communist Party of China,and adhering to the patriotic dedication,the great unity of the Chinese nation and a shared destiny”,whose very core is the spirit of the“community with a shared destiny”.This spirit has derived from the dual logic of“emotion-based spiritual construction”and“spiritual construction relying on the oath of alliance”,while the former is the key to the formation of the sense of the community with a shared destiny embodied in the ritual ceremony,and the latter is the innovative development and creative application of the traditional vow-based ritual in the sublimation process of realizing the common beliefs of all the ethnic groups of Yunnan through the top-down enhancement of the sense of the community with a shared destiny.The top-down enhancement process for identity construction and the bottom-up process of identity expression plus the emotion-based governance and the creative application of the excellent traditional Chinese culture embodied in the spirit of“the stone tablet inscribed with the vow on the national unity”have much historic significance to promoting the construction of a modern state and the community with a shared destiny,a mirror of typical Chinese characteristics and wisdom in the process of constructing a modern state on the basis of its actual conditions and tradition.
