摘　　要：区域医学检验中心可以由1个医学检验中心,也可以由多个医学实验室共同构成临床样本检测网络。作为一个整体,区域医学检验中心能够统筹运用先进的信息系统和物流系统为区域内各级医疗机构提供临床检验服务,在区域内实现检验资源共享、检验质量同质化、检验服务标准化和检验结果互认。目前,中国的区域医学检验中心建设尚处于初级阶段,依托区域优势和需求建立的不同模式的医学检验中心在发展过程中积累了丰富的经验。文章对目前区域医学检验中心的模式、发展特色和运营现状进行介绍,为医学检验资源的高效整合提供参考。Regional medical laboratory center,providing clinical laboratory services for medical institutions at all levels in a certain area by using advanced information system and logistics system,is not only a medical laboratory center,but also a clinical laboratory network formed by multiple laboratories.It can realize the sharing of determination resources,the homogenization of determination quality,the standardization of determination services and the mutual recognition of determination results within the region.At present,Chinese regional medical laboratory centers are in the initial stage of development,and they have been actively explored various models.This review discusses the model,construction development and management and operation status of regional medical laboratory centers from different aspects.
