摘  要:某会议中心属于典型的剧场类建筑,由中心单层空旷结构及周围多层附属房屋构成,存在平面凹凸不规则,楼板大开洞,局部楼板错层、穿层柱、立面收进等不规则情况。针对上述情况,选用抗震性能更好的框架-剪力墙为抗侧力体系,合理设定抗震性能化设计目标,进行小震作用下弹性反应谱分析及时程分析、中震作用下等效弹性分析及大震静力弹塑性分析。结果显示,各项指标均满足规范要求,能够顺利实现预定抗震性能目标;同时对大开洞楼板进行地震作用下楼板应力分析,并对台口梁、穿层柱、悬挑楼座等重点部位进行研究加强。通过整体分析及专项研究,保证结构设计安全可靠,为类似项目提供参考。A conference center is a typical theater building,,with a single-storey spacious conference hall in the middle,multi-storey subsidiary houses arranged on both sides and the back of the stage.It is a particularly irregular high-rise building structure with irregular situations such as uneven irregular plane,large openings in floors,partial staggered floors,cross columns,facade retraction.The frame-shear wall structure system with better seismic performance was used,the seismic performance-based objectives were reasonably set,and the elastic response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis under frequent earthquake were performed on the main structure,the equivalent elasticity method was used for the analysis of the structure under fortification earthquake and the static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were carried out.The results show that the calculation results satisfy the standard requirement,the performance-based seismic design goals were achieved;Some important structural components,such as vertical components around the spacious structure,long overhang seats,long-span roof,proscenium beam,were analyzed in detail,and corresponding strengthening measures were put forward.The floor stress analysis and floor temperature stress analysis under frequent earthquake and fortification earthquake were carried out,and the strengthening measures were put forward.Through the above overall analysis and special research,the structural design was guaranteed to be safe and reliable,and a reference for similar projects was provided.
