摘　　要：介绍了全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂在山东京博石油化工有限公司1.2 Mt a柴油加氢装置的首次工业应用情况。结果表明:与采用氧化态催化剂相比,采用全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂的开工时间缩短约20 h;以直馏柴油和焦化汽柴油混合油为原料,在压力为7.4 MPa、入口温度为314℃、出口温度为364℃、主催化剂体积空速为0.85 h^(-1)的条件下对装置运行情况进行标定,所得精制柴油产品的多环芳烃质量分数为4.2%,硫质量分数为4.0μg g;装置稳定运行7个月以来,生产的精制柴油硫含量满足车用柴油国Ⅵ质量标准,说明全硫化型FHUDS-10催化剂具有良好的活性。The first commercial application of fully sulfurized FHUDS-10 catalyst in a 1.2 Mt a diesel hydrogenation unit in Chambroad Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was introduced.The results showed that the start-up time of FHUDS-10 catalyst was shortened by about 20 hours compared with that of conventional oxidation-state catalyst.The sulfur mass fraction of a refined diesel was 4.0μg g and the mass fraction polycyclic aromatic was 4.2%under the conditions of a reaction pressure of 7.4 MPa,a reactor inlet temperature of 314℃,a reactor outlet temperature of 364℃,and a main catalyst volume space velocity of 0.85 h^(-1) during calibration with the mixture of straight-run diesel and coker gasoline-diesel as raw material.Since its stable application for 7 months,the refined diesel can meet the quality standard of China standardⅥ,which indicates that the fully sulfurized FHUDS-10 catalyst has good activity.
