摘 要:文章旨在研究丁酸梭菌对肉鸡生长性能和体液免疫应答能力的影响,试验将90只1日龄麻黄鸡苗随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只,所有鸡于第1和21日龄分别用同种疫苗同样方式进行二次免疫。对照组饲喂基础日粮,丁酸梭菌低剂量组在基础日粮中添加2×10^(5)CFU/g丁酸梭菌,高剂量组在基础日粮中添加5×10^(5)CFU/g丁酸梭菌,定期测量免疫器官指数、肠道指数、平均日增重、饲料转化率、新城疫抗体效价和禽流感抗体效价。结果表明,对42日龄内的肉鸡,丁酸梭菌高剂量组肉鸡的肠道指数、日增重和饲料转化率略高于对照组(P>0.05);对42日龄以上的肉鸡,丁酸梭菌高剂量组的日增重和饲料转化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与丁酸梭菌低剂量组相比无显著差异,而丁酸梭菌低剂量组鸡的饲料转化率和禽流感抗体效价最高值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丁酸梭菌高剂量组鸡的新城疫和禽流感抗体效价低于对照组(P>0.05)。综合考虑,在肉鸡饲料中添加2×10^(5)CFU/g的丁酸梭菌可以改善肠道指数,提高日增重和饲料转化率,并能提高鸡体液免疫应答能力和抗体持续时间。To study the effects of Clostridium butyrate on growth performance and humoral immune response of broilers,901-day-old ephedra chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate.All chickens were vaccinated with the same vaccine at 1 and 21 days of age.The control group was fed a basal diet,the Clostridium butyricum low-dose group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 2×10^(5) CFU/g Clostridium butyricum,and the high-dose group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 5×10^(5) CFU/g Clostridium butyricum.The immune organ index,intestinal index,daily gain,feed conversion rate,Newcastle disease antibody titer and avian influenza antibody titer were measured regularly.The results showed as follows:for broilers within 42 days of age,the intestinal index,daily gain and feed conversion ratio of broilers in high-dose Clostridium butyricum group were slightly higher than those in control group(P>0.05);For broilers over 42 days of age,the daily gain and feed conversion rate of high-dose Clostridium butyricum group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between high-dose Clostridium butyricum group and lowdose Clostridium butyricum group,while the feed conversion rate and the highest titer of avian influenza antibody in low-dose Clostridium butyricum group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The titers of Newcastle disease and avian influenza antibodies in high-dose Clostridium butyricum group were lower than those in control group(P>0.05).In conclusion,supplementation of 2×10^(5) CFU/g Clostridium butyricum in broiler diets can improve intestinal index,increase daily gain and feed conversion rate,and enhance humoral immune response and antibody duration.
