摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮中添加益生菌对育肥猪血清抗体水平、生产性能及经济效益的影响。试验将320头肉育肥猪分成4组,每组80头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200和300mg/kg益生菌,预试期7d,正试期两个月。结果发现,与对照组相比,日粮中添加益生菌均显著提高育肥猪末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量(P <0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的育肥猪之间差异不显著(P> 0.05),而显著大于试验Ⅰ组育肥猪的末重(P <0.05);与对照组相比,日粮中添加益生菌对育肥猪猪瘟病毒(CSFV)抗体和猪伪狂犬病毒gE(PR-gE)抗体水平的影响不显著(P> 0.05);而试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的猪伪狂犬病毒gB(PR-gB)抗体水平显著增加(P <0.05),但组间差异不显著(P> 0.05);日粮添加益生菌可显著降低育肥猪血清中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRS)抗体水平(P <0.05),其中试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组之间差异不显著(P> 0.05),而显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P <0.05);日粮中添加益生菌显著降低育肥猪血清中的猪圆环病毒(PCVD)抗体水平(P <0.05),试验Ⅰ组,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组之间的差异不显著(P> 0.05),PVCD抗体水平显著降低(P <0.05)。从经济效益看,各处理组的经济收益分别比对照组提升8.15%、17.19%和20.53%。结论,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组育肥猪生产性能较优、成本效益较好,且抗病效果较好,所以推荐200mg/kg益生菌为最宜添加量。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of probiotics on serum antibody level,production performance and economic benefits of finishing pigs. 320 fattening pigs were selected and divided into four groups with 80 pigs in each group.The control group was fed with the basic diet,and the test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with 100,200 and 300 mg/kg probiotics respectively. The pre test period was 7 days,and the formal test period was two months. The results showed that,compared with the control group,the addition of probiotics to the diet significantly increased the final weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of finishing pigs(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between the finishing pigs in Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ(P > 0.05),but significantly greater than the final weight of finishing pigs in Group Ⅰ(P < 0.05);For the serum antibody level of finishing pigs,compared with the control group,the effect of probiotics added to the diet on the antibody level of finishing pigs to classical swine fever virus(CSFV)and porcine pseudorabies virus gE(PR gE)was not significant(P > 0.05);However,the antibody level of porcine pseudorabies virus gB(PR gB)in the test Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups increased significantly(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05);The level of PRRS antibody in the serum of finishing pigs was significantly decreased by adding probiotics to the diet(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P > 0.05),but it was significantly higher than that of test group Ⅰ(P < 0.05);The addition of probiotics to the diet significantly reduced the level of porcine circovirus(PCVD)antibody in the serum of finishing pigs(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P > 0.05). The level of PVCD antibody was significantly reduced(P < 0.05).
