摘 要:本研究旨在探讨不同形式氧化锌对奶牛生长性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。试验选择体重相近、健康状况良好的奶牛200头,每组50头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加不同形式氧化锌的饲料,具体添加水平为试验I组:普通氧化锌;试验II组:纳米氧化锌;试验III组:改性氧化锌。每组添加水平均为120 mg/kg。预试验10 d,正式期3个月。结果发现,与对照组相比,试验I、II和III组的平均日增重、平均日采食量及料重比均显著增加(P<0.05),其中试验III组平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比显著大于试验I组和II组(P<0.05),而试验I和II组的平均日增重、平均日采食量无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验I、II和III组的黏蛋白2及β防御素3的mRNA表达量显著增加,且免疫球蛋白A的含量也显著增加(P<0.05),其中试验III组的黏蛋白2及β防御素3的mRNA表达量显著大于试验II组,大于试验I组(P<0.05),且免疫球蛋白A含量变化也表现出相同趋势;试验I、II和III组的大肠杆菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),而乳酸杆菌含量显著增加(P<0.05),试验III组的梭菌XIVa含量显著增加(P<0.05),其中试验III组的大肠杆菌含量显著小于试验I组和II组(P<0.05),试验III组的乳酸杆菌含量显著大于试验I组和II组(P<0.05),而试验I组和II的乳酸杆菌含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加不同形式氧化锌可提升奶牛生长性能,提升和调节奶牛免疫功能,维持奶牛肠道菌群平衡,其中普通氧化锌和纳米氧化锌表现出相同趋势,而改性氧化锌的提升和改善效果较优。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different forms of zinc oxide on growth performance,immune function and intestinal flora of dairy cows.Select 200 cows with similar weight and good health,50 cows in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was fed with diets supplemented with different forms of zinc oxide.The specific levels of zinc oxide were as follows:Group I:ordinary zinc oxide;Group II:nano zinc oxide;Group III:modified zinc oxide.The addition level of each group was 120 mg/kg.The pre test lasts for 10 days and the formal period is three months.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain,average daily food intake and feed to weight ratio of test groups I,II and III were significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily gain,average daily food intake and feed to weight ratio of test group III were significantly higher than those of test groups I and II(P<0.05),while the average daily gain and average daily food intake of test group I and II were not significantly different(P>0.05);Mucin 2 andβThe mRNA expression of defensin 3 was significantly increased,and the content of immunoglobulin A was also significantly increased(P<0.05)βThe mRNA expression of defensin 3 was significantly higher than that of test group II and test group I(P<0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin A also showed the same trend;The content of Escherichia coli in test groups I,II and III was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the content of lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of Clostridium XIVa in test group III was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of Escherichia coli in test group III was significantly lower than that in test groups I and II(P<0.05),and the content of lactobacillus in test group III was significantly higher than that in test groups I and II(P<0.05),However,there was no significant difference in lactobacillus content between Group I and Group II(P>0.05).The study showed that add
