摘　　要：近年来,我国饲料行业发展速度迅猛,上下游企业均取得了显著成绩。行业快速发展的背后,饲料企业内部财务风险暗流涌动。本文从外部因素和内部因素两个角度指出并分析饲料企业面临的潜在财务风险和造成这些风险的因素,并提出针对性的措施来防范财务风险的蔓延,旨在为我国中小饲料企业规范化发展提供一定的帮助。In recent years,China's feed industry has developed rapidly,meanwhile upstream and downstream enterprises have made remarkable achievements.Behind the rapid development of the industry,the internal financial risks of feed enterprises are surging.This paper points out and analyzes the potential financial risks faced by feed enterprises and the factors that cause these risks from four aspects,including external factors and internal factors,and proposes targeted measures to prevent the spread of financial risks,aiming to provide some help for the standardized development of small and medium-sized feed enterprises in China.
