摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)是以气道炎症、气道重塑为主的慢性呼吸道疾病。气道纤毛的结构和功能在COPD患者中明显受损,纤毛受损使得纤毛黏液清除能力下降,加重COPD气道损伤。然而COPD有关气道纤毛的病理机制仍未完全了解。本文就气道纤毛在COPD患者中结构功能障碍的研究进展进行综述,旨在为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的诊疗提供思路。Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)is a chronic respiratory disease mainly caused by airway【】inflammation and remodeling.The structure and function of airway cilia are significantly impaired in COPD,and the impaired cilia reduces the mucous clearing ability of cilia,aggravating airway injury in COPD.However,the pathogenesis of airway cilia in COPD is still not fully understood.This article reviews the research progress of airway cilia in structural dysfunction of COPD,and provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
