摘 要:静压造型线是一种主流的铸造设备,自动化程度高,造型稳定、高效。目前静压造型线多采用液压驱动,液压推送的效率和稳定性直接决定整个造型系统的效率和稳定性。通过分析当前造型系统推送的原理,开发并应用一种缓冲压力可调节推送装置,同时辅助推送速度闭环控制,实现推送过程中缓冲压力实时调节,有效提高推送效率和稳定性。The high-pressure air-flow squeeze molding line is a mainstream casting equipment with high automation,stable and efficient molding effect.At present,the high-pressure air-flow squeeze molding lines are mostly driven by hydraulic pressure,and the efficiency and stability of hydraulic pushing directly determine the efficiency and stability of the entire molding system.By analyzing the push principle of the current modeling system,a push device with adjustable buffer pressure has been developed and applied,meanwhile,the closed loop control of the push speed has been assisted to realize the real-time adjustment of the buffer pressure during the push process,effectively improving the push efficiency and stability.
